  • The frequent questions and simple responses area is solved by the vRep through database lookups.
  • The infrequent questions and simple responses area is solved by the vRep launching a text search over a search engine.
  • The infrequent questions and rich responses area (as well as questions identified as a high value interaction) is solved by the vRep escalating to alternative channels through chat tools, email, phone, SMS or live human support.
